To all the Wonderful Volunteers at the Sharing Abundance Association,
Thank you so much! I love that I get a meal every week but it is so much more than that. You give me choices of sandwiches so it does not seem like charity. You all come around and serve us, you sit and talk and share. I have no job, I have no home, I have cancer. When I want to give up you give me hope and you allow me to keep my dignity – you can’t know how very important these lunches are to me. Thank you ever so much for coming and sharing. You are all truly amazing people and I thank you from the bottom of my heart. God bless you all!

My husband enjoys going out, although he can only stay a couple of hours before he is ready to head home for bed. We are so lucky to have Sharing Abundance’s community meals to go to together – a dinner on a Tuesday, a lunch on Thursday and a senior’s lunch twice a month. I take my husband and another chap we know to these events, which we all enjoy!
